Who are we?
We are the rehabilitation unit from the Asia College of Exercise Medicine. We have turned mobile to reach our patients who are incapacitated/bedridden and have movement difficulties. We provide treatment and rehabilitation plans with the comfort at your home by trained therapists.

We apply reverse reciprocal inhibition (RI) to activate dormant muscle due to bedridden. This approach is non-invasive. Conceptually, reverse RI is activating the prime mover by connecting the antagonist muscle and the secondary mover through the reflex arc.

Our Services
At your home, we will begin with an assessment, case management and prescription. We cover a wide range of healthcare services from prevention to treatment, each has its specific dosage to ensure improvement on the physical and mental aspects. Patients will undergo a comfortable session of 45 to 60 minutes by our exercise rehab therapist. Every progress of our patients is meticulously monitored with our computerised system and latest measuring tools. Family members will be updated closely on the patient’s progress through reports and dialogue sessions.
